Good day John, I'm not sure if there are any US builders, as of yet. I'm merely a builder, we are 80% complete with 80 to go, herewith a pic of our project, which will be for my daughter. We have built the WHISPER MOTOR GLIDER before, it to is an awesome plane.
Anyway, the best person to help you will be Dr. Russell Philips who you can email. russell.phillips@nmmu.ac.za he is the designer and has built two which are flying. I have to tell you that he has been conservative in his specs.
