Peter I like your new cowl, wonder if the Rotex 912 with exhaust will fit inside.
My cowl is to small to fit a decent exhaust sistem. My 912 sound like a VW engin, becauce I could not fit a big enough silencer.

Russell did you make a mould of the new Jabiru cowl?

Hi Johan
Yes Stewart has made moulds. Have a look on www.whisperaircraft.blogspot.com as well to see what I did with the rotax exhaust. It is fairly quiet.

I see that there are no decent pics of the exhaust system on the blog...I will take some and add. In the interim here is a pic of the exhaust. There is a flex coupling and a silencer added to what you see here. The silencer hangs inside the tunnel.
