Remember guys there are strict criteria for ZI-MER:
Have you waited long enough?????
Are you old enough??????
Have you enough hours of procrastination? (Bains - that means having enough excuses NOT to complete the build!!!)
Besides which a certain country to the North has made an offer as the basis of their space program - I think it was the Viagra that did it!!!!

I collected my whisper in June 2005! Then brought it all the way back! October 2008 and it just got painted! This must be a bit of a record?

Surely that qualifies for the Zimmer!!!

Not so fast my friend.
I have consulted with the awards committee and there are a number of points to be considered. The "ZI-MER" is not just for anybody!!!!
1. Where are the pics of the build showing the developing dust and cobwebs????
2. Where are the divorce papers on the grounds of insanity???
3. Where are the court papers for "squatter rights" re garage or workshop??
4. Do you know Mr. Bains (counts against you!!!).
5. Have you organised the furniture in the lounge so that you can get the fuselage in to polish?
6. Can you show proof you are nolonger invited to family gatherings cos you bore the pants off people with tales of lack of progress?
7. Have you retained your self-esteem dispite your pathetic build progress?
8. Did I ask you if you knew Bains?????

Need we say anymore?????????????????

Yes - it appears all systems go. Just waiting for clearence from CAA for flight tests and let the games begin. It been a long road but the runway lights are on!!!!!

It's looking magnificent, John! I'm passing through George airport later today, so I'll go check it out properly and hopefully see some good progress on ZU-EYU too.

Any idea when the CAA will give the OK for the flight tests to start?
